How to add a new customer that does not have GST registration?

There are two methods to add an unregistered business on BizPilot. 

Method 1: From Home Screen 

Click on the (+) plus sign at the top of the screen. 





Select the option Add a new customer. 





Select the GST treatment unregistered. If the customer you are creating has a GST registration, follow the procedure to add a GST-registered customer. 






Enter the name of the customer/ company in the next box. 
The next five boxes are for the address of the customer. Enter all the correct details in all the main address boxes.



You can also add a shipping address by clicking on Add a new address, if the shipping address differs from the main address. 
The shipping address section consists of the same boxes as the main address section. Fill all the boxes with correct details and proceed further. 


The next two boxes are for Place of supply and Taxpayer type, which will be automatically filled according to the main address. 





Choose currency type, and enter contact details, i.e., the customer's mobile number and email address, in the following boxes. 





Select the payment term according to your standards.  





Finally, add the new customer to your list by clicking the save button at the bottom of the page. 





Method 2: While creating an invoice  

You can add a new customer while creating an invoice by following these steps. 
Follow the first 2 steps of creating an invoice. 
While choosing the customer from the dropdown, click on the option Add a new customer, which will be at the bottom of the dropdown. 





After this step, the procedure to add a new customer not having GST registration is the same as method 1.
